Abnormal Occurences include Hard Landings (It wasn’t that bad!), Severe Turbulence (Where did he come from!), Exceeding Airspeed Limits (It squealed a bit!), Burst Tire (It’s the airport’s fault…?), Water Immersion (I had it down perfectly!), Propeller Strike (Ah Man!), Ligthning Strike (Stupid weather!), Corrosive Spills (That wasn’t good!), Exceeding a Limitation (There’s more than too fast?), Misfuelling (What the heck buddy?) and other weird things. CARs STD 625.88 Appendix G. Be honest with yourself and tell your Engineer! AEROSISU is here to help you!

First is the Inspection, which usually reveals some sort of problem. It’s easy to budget what the Annual will cost, but why does it need to be replaced? It ain’t broke, why fix it? Repairs come from and include low compression, leaks, chafing, parts wearing, incorrect hardware, broken parts, cracks, tears, corrosion and there is more…! We strive to work with you to derive a maintenance plan of action. We want your airplane to be a safe aircraft. Your airplane is also part of our Team! I want to fly with you too!Changeover

Whether it’s floats to wheels, wheels to floats, wheels to skis or straight skis to wheel skis, AEROSISU will perform your changeover. As a NOTE: There is a weight and balance report for each configuration. Do you have a current “configuration” Weight and Balance? An example is changing from your straight skis to wheel skis. Simply put, you can have 1, 2, or more, Weight & Balance Amendments that are all “active” depending on your configuration! If you’re not sure how it all adds up, AEROSISU can organize an actual weight and balance for you, don’t worry!
